All content on the croyale platform — including but not limited to the croyale brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of croyale or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the croyale platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any croyale content without prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact croyale's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. croyale will use reasonable endeavors to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
croyale reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the croyale website. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the croyale platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
